Work with me

You know this feeling:

You tell yourself you'll study on your day off. Instead you clean the kitchen, hoover the house, catch up on messages, watch something on YouTube, anything except open the books, and then feel worse for it.

As the exam gets closer you sign up for another course, another question bank, cram what you can between long shifts, and still feel like nothing is going in.

The night before the exam you are so anxious, you can’t sleep properly. You wake up feeling tired. As you sit in the exam room, your heart is racing, your breathing is shallow and brain is foggy. You get through it, but you know it wasn't your best.

The next day you're back at work, surrounded by colleagues who look like they've got it together, and you think: “maybe it’s me”, “maybe I'm not good enough to be a consultant”.

You keep going anyway, because you don't know who you are if you're not a doctor. And you keep pretending that you're fine, because you can't afford to be seen as the one who isn't coping.

I know this because I hear it, in almost exactly these words, from the doctors I work with.

What you really want

You want to be well, eating and sleeping properly, so the time you spend studying is actually effective.

You want to feel confident at work and know that your judgement is trusted.

You want to walk into that exam prepared and clear-headed, able to read each question and access what you know.

And you want to pass, and take the seat at the consultant table you've sacrificed so much for.

This is what changes when you start paying attention to you and work on yourself.

How we work together

I offer packages of 6 x 90min one to one sessions at £1,500.

How many sessions you need depends on many things, and you'll be the best judge of that. Some people are golden with 6, others need a little more. I suggest booking the first 6, then adding more if you feel you need it.

In our discovery call, I'll tell you more about how I work and what to expect from the sessions.

You've already spent time and money on things that didn't work. This is the work that does.
